- You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive

Our weight management service is designed as a complete clinical programme, not a one-off transaction. It includes your initial consultation, follow-up reviews, ongoing clinician support, and access to our care team.
Programme fees and any associated medication costs are confirmed in writing by your clinician after your consultation. Costs depend on your individual clinical assessment and the care plan agreed with you. We will never charge you before your clinician has reviewed your case and you have given informed consent.

We are part of Harley Street Specialist Hospital, a CQC-regulated healthcare group. Every prescription is reviewed by a GMC-registered UK doctor, and every medication is dispensed by our own GPhC-registered pharmacy.
Weight loss medication can have side effects, including nausea, constipation, and tiredness, especially in the first weeks. Your clinician will explain everything in plain English and check in with you regularly.

No. Our service begins with a full clinical consultation. If, and only if, your clinician decides that medication is clinically appropriate for you, they will discuss the options at that point. Many patients benefit from lifestyle, nutritional, and diagnostic support without medication.
