2. Access to Our Website
We reserve the right to restrict access to certain parts of our website. Your account credentials are strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party. We reserve the right to disable your access if we believe you have failed to comply with these terms.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, its server, or any connected system. This is a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
3. Acceptable Use
Any material you contribute or upload to our site must be true, accurate, and lawful. You must not upload content that:

Our Consultation Process
- Initial medical consultation via secure video call or in-person appointment
- Comprehensive health assessment including medical history review
- Personalised treatment plan development
- Regular monitoring and follow-up consultations
Prescription Services
When clinically appropriate, we may prescribe licensed weight management medications including GLP-1 receptor agonists (semaglutide, liraglutide), orlistat, and other MHRA-approved treatments. All consultations are conducted by qualified healthcare professionals registered with the General Medical Council (GMC).
5. Refunds and Returns
Consultation Refunds
We can provide a full refund for your consultation if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. To cancel and request a refund, email enquiries@hssh.health with your appointment reference number. Refunds will be issued within 10 working days to the original payment card.
Medication Returns
Once medication is dispensed, it becomes labelled and packed specifically for you and cannot be reused. Due to this and legislation governing prescription medication, you will not be able to cancel your order after it is dispensed and we are unable to offer a refund. If you wish to make changes or cancel, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Harley Weight Loss Clinic does not manufacture any medicines and only dispenses medication licensed in the UK. You are not entitled to a refund if the efficacy does not meet your expectation or if you have been unable to lose a desired amount of weight.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty device or pen, contact us within 24-48 hours at enquiries@hssh.health. You will be asked to return the unused item by recorded delivery. If confirmed faulty, it will be replaced free of charge. This process can take up to 6 weeks. Faulty devices must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.
6. Intellectual Property
Everything on our website is protected by copyright. Harley Weight Loss Clinic is either the owner or licensee of all published material. You may print one copy of any page for personal reference only. You may not modify, reproduce for commercial purposes, or use any images, graphics, or multimedia without accompanying text and proper attribution.
7. Our Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we expressly exclude any liability for loss or damage of any nature arising from your use of our website, including loss of profits, income, revenue, or goodwill, whether caused by tort, breach of contract, or otherwise.
