Each client can access their own personal dashboard, which gives insights into your progress. Coaching clients will also have regular progress reviews with your coach.
How much weight will I lose?
The amount of weight you lose depends on how closely and consistently you follow the programme, so we can’t make any guarantees.
However, all our programmes use science-backed techniques that are proven to promote weight loss and good general health.
Do you offer virtual or remote appointments?
Yes. You can access our services online or at our Harley Street clinic in London, whichever is more convenient for you. Diagnostic assessments take place at Harley Street Specialist Hospital in London, our private healthcare facility.
What happens if I hit a weight loss plateau?
Plateaus are common in most weight loss journeys, but they can be frustrating. Our doctor-led team will help you tackle plateaus in a way that’s clinically suitable for you. This could be changing your diet, updating your exercise regime, or trying a new treatment.
