Before You Place an Order

We’re here to guide you with trusted information and consultations, but only you can decide if a product or service is right for you. Always make sure you’re comfortable before purchasing.
How to Complete Your Purchase
Placing an order is simple, but accuracy matters. Here’s how to do it right:

- Share Your Details: Enter your contact, delivery, and payment information carefully.
- Check Everything Twice: Before confirming, review your order to make sure everything is correct.
- Receive Confirmation: Once payment is processed, you’ll receive an email confirming that your order is on its way. At this point, a contract of sale is formed between you and Harley Street Weight Loss Clinic.
Paying for Your Order
We accept all major debit and credit cards, and your payment is securely processed through Ryftpay.
All prices listed on our website include any applicable taxes. Please note that prices may change from time to time, but the amount shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay.
Getting Your Order Delivered
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Any shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If incorrect details are provided, we cannot accept responsibility for delays or missed deliveries.
If You Change Your Mind
We understand that plans change. Under UK consumer law, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. To start a return, simply contact us at support@harleyweightlossclinic.co.uk.
A few things to remember:
- Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
- If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us first before sending it back.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
